- ・In order for all employees to be able to fully demonstrate their abilities, we will make all employees aware of various systems such as childcare leave based on the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law, restrictions on overtime and late-night work, childcare leave benefits based on the Employment Insurance Law, and maternity leave based on the Labor Standards Law.
We will formulate the following action plan to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by creating an environment in which all employees can work and raise their children comfortably.
