What is Resilience Certification

The Government of Japan's Cabinet Secretariat's Office for the Promotion of National Spatial Resilience certifies businesses that agree with the objectives of National Spatial Resilience and are actively working on business continuity as "National Spatial Resilience Contribution Organizations". We were one of the first companies to be certified under this system.

    • ・To ensure the health of female workers during pregnancy and after childbirth, inform workers about the system, provide information, and develop a consultation system.
    • ・In order for all employees to be able to fully demonstrate their abilities, we will make all employees aware of various systems such as childcare leave based on the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law, restrictions on overtime and late-night work, childcare leave benefits based on the Employment Insurance Law, and maternity leave based on the Labor Standards Law.

We will formulate the following action plan to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by creating an environment in which all employees can work and raise their children comfortably.
